I have been in real estate for 22 years and with Keller Williams since 1998. Prior to real estate, I was involved in education as a teacher. Since joining the profession of real estate, I have earned CRS, GRI, E-Pro and PMN designations. 

My Team enjoys working with waterfront properties as well as the ever popular St. Petersburg Bungalows built in the 1920s. The age old charm they present has increased interest for the past couple of years and families are flocking here to acquire them and enjoy the look of the past with all the modern conveniences of the present. Kathy has served as the Local Chapter President of the WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) for the year 2003. I serve on the Board of Trustees for my church and facilitate a Divorce Care support group with my husband Dan Edwards. 

Traditionally, clients who have worked with me have been most pleased with my ability to act as a resource to their needs and help them enjoy their homes. I believe in giving the very best service available and am committed to helping my clients achieve their expectations. My work as a Realtor is not complete until my client is settled into their new community. 

I live in a waterfront community of St. Petersburg with my husband Dan. We have lived in St. Petersburg since 1993 and are excited to be a part of this growing and active community.
